The music, menu, and DJ styker: all of these in B3 were great imo. The crash junctions are challenging but not too frustrating (imo) the cash bonuses and multipliers add to the junctions although sometimes I’d argue in certain levels you’re more inclined to go for the multipliers rather than create the most carnage.

I constantly just wanna fuck them up lol. Revenge feels too much of a grind to takedown an opponent.

The weight of the cars imo is why I like B3 way more than revenge. Pinning another racer against a wall or grinding with them until they strike the back of a tanker is so fun and addictive. The crashes, takedowns and racing is so damn satisfying. However I can think of many reasons why it’s peoples favorite burnout game. Personally the game has a lot of nostalgia for me. This reddit place or 'subreddit' is the only reason i joined Reddit in general, Burnout 3 Takedown is part of my nostalgia and it will always be that way. The internet will always push another one through and you'll forget all about it. Even if your game was shit, no game can always be the perfect game. And that because we wanted to relive our nostalgia again. TL DR: Burnout and other games are far more superior then games today. And not spend the rest of our lives completing the same game over and over again. One of these days older racing games you played shall be forgotten for us because of the way we live on. Just know that the internet now is a fuckfest. If you enjoyed playing a game in your past and you want to reexperience that again, go on! Nobody's stopping you from doing so. Newer games of franchises don't stand out to the elderly becus of our childhood.

To me, not a single of these Burnout games can be the best of them, or have that perfect 100% touch. (this segment is definitely going to get hated real fast) The Burnout franchise for one is a pain to discuss over which the better one is. And racing games nowadays are dying to shitholes and its already been covered by too many people over at YT Or even other racing games like GT4 or MW'05 are beloved because other racing games can't compete against their younger self, it's like looking back at your past and remembering a moment that was cringe you had to go through.
